Create a Report
 
You can use the Registry’s report preparation templates to generate custom reports that reflect report parameters of interest to you. For each report, you can “customize” the output by entering in your report parameters. For example, if you were interested in a listing of the emission reduction credits issued by the Ministry of Environment for a specific company during a specific timeframe, you would click on the Emission Allowance Summary report below and enter your report parameters in the template.
Custom Reports
 
Company Account Summary This report lists the accounts held by registered companies. The report allows the user to view Registry activity on a company-specific basis.
 
Emission Allowance / Emission Reduction Credit Summary This report summarizes Emission Allowances (EAs) and Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) granted by the Ministry of the Environment. The report allows the user to view EAs and ERCs owned by specific companies.
 
Notice of Intent to Create Report This report lists Notices of Intent to Create (NICs) received by the Registry. The report allows the user to view NICs submitted by specific companies.
 
Notice of Emission Reduction Report This report summarizes Notices of Emission Reductions (ERs) received by the Registry. The report allows the user to view ERs submitted by specific companies.
 
Notice of Transfer Report This report summarizes transfers of Emission Allowances and Emission Reduction Credits that have been recorded in the registry. The report allows the user to view transfers made by specific companies
 
Retirement Report This report summarizes Emission Allowances and Emission Reductions Credits retired by facilities. The report allows the user to view allowances and emission reductions retired by specific companies
 
Allowance/Emission Reduction Credit (Certificate) Report This report allows the user to enter an Emission Allowance or Emission Reduction Credit certificate number and obtain the full transaction history related to the certificate number.
